Installing Autopsy 4 on Ubuntu 18.04.06

For a project, I am trying to create a testbed with Autopsy 4 on Ubuntu 18.04.06. I have tried numerous suggestions following the instructions but always ends with an error. Sometimes it may be libc6 issues, gcc, or even getting it installed but crashing my VM when launched. What would be the correct process to installing Autopsy 4 (does not need to be the latest) on a fresh install Ubuntu 18.04.06 machine?

Here is an install link; follow it like a cookbook. Are you using the correct version for all of dependencies? What kind of VM? VMs can be anemic and flacky compared to hardware.
