i finish the course but my certificated no apear in the seccion of certificated, and follow the instruccion to recovery my acount in accredible.com and say that mi email donst exist.

The two most common reasons that people are not getting their certificate are:

They didn’t actually complete all of the videos and labs. Especially the final session. Double check that all sessions are listed with 100% completion. Ensure that in each one you click the “Complete & Continue” button, as in the attached screenshot.

An incorrect email address was used when you registered with Thinkific and therefore you can’t get the reset password.
If all of the courses are marked as complete and you still can’t get the certificate, then send us the email address you used for registration and we can look up the certificate for you.
