I have completed my course still not get certificate .what was the reason.please connect with me cert copy please help

The two most common reasons that people are not getting their certificate are:
They didn’t actually complete all of the videos and labs. Especially the final session. Go back through and double check that all sessions are listed with 100% completion. Ensure that in each one you click the “Complete & Continue” button, as in the attached screenshot. Even if the screen shows 100% completion, go through all of the sections again and click on the “Complete & Continue” button
An incorrect email address was used when you registered with Thinkific and therefore you can’t get the reset password.
If all of the courses are marked as complete and you still can’t get the certificate, then send us the email address you used for registration and we can look up the certificate for you.
