When I completed a fresh download and install and tried to open a new case the following errors occurred:

The apostrophe in your path is most likely causing the problem. Try creating the case under a path the doesn’t contain an apostrophe. This bug has been reported and fixed and should be in the next release.
That might not do it. Your current username gets saved to the case database, and there’s a bug in the current release where that doesn’t work if there’s an apostrophe. You might need to make a new Windows user with no apostrophe until the next release comes out.

I have tried both solutions and the new windows user has worked thanks.
