Error during case creation

Hello,
Autopsy is a new service for me. This is my first installation (latest version of Autopsy, host: Ubuntu 18.04-2).
When creating a case, after the DB creation screen, an error message is displayed. And since I can’t find any information about it in this Forum or on the net, I’m asking you to try to find a solution.
Here is the error message:

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen that before either. Did you build from source on Linux or the .zip file from the website?

Yes, I have downloaded the latest versions published including the ZIP file. The installation was carried out according to the instructions
