Hi, I use Windows 10 pro, and as the instructions asked us to monitor the ingest inbox for hits, I tried to do the same, but the dialogue box doesn’t open when I click on the “Ingest Messages” envelope. I’ve tried waiting for a while, running it as an administrator, re-installing autopsy, clicking on it multiple times and waiting etc. but yet nothing seems to make the dialogue box appear. Please tell me what I can do about this!
