Error loading ingest job settings

Autopsy 4.16.0
When I click on Add Data Source, I get a pop-up message that has numerous “Error loading ingest job settings for …” errors. Is this something I need to worry about? Any fixes?

You will need to do the following:

Go into the following directories:

C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\autopsy\config\IngestModuleSettings\org.sleuthkit.autopsy.casemodule.AddImageWizardIngestConfigPanel
and
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\autopsy\config\IngestModuleSettings\org.sleuthkit.autopsy.ingest.RunIngestModulesDialog

and delete all the files that start with org.python.proxies. These are the settings for the modules

Same question but with Autopsy version 4.3.0 I looked for files states above but not showing up. Any other ideas for the newer version?

With that old of a version of Autopsy it could be a few issues. Plugins may not run because they are made for the new versions of Autopsy based on API calls. Can you update to a new version as that one is approximately 5 years old.
