Delete your Library/Application Support/autopsy directory. This is a symptom of starting autopsy, getting an error, the proceeding with loading autopsy without modules.
If you get an error window on Autopsy startup after deleting the configuration directory (a new one will be created), then you have something wrong with your setup. You should refer to the guide mentioned by @BrianMoran and report back any errors you have, if any, upon following the steps detailed there.
