Earlier, we have downloaded the source code and make some modification. then we need now to make autopsy installer. So, which one is the main .jar file or main class?

@Ermiyas You can build a Windows MSI installer via the “build-installer” build script. I think all you need for that is to install “Advanced Installer” version 10.3 on your machine. Important - it has to be version 10.3, NOT one of the later versions.
