DLL file not run during install

Hello,
When installing I get the message that a DLL cannot be run.
“There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel of package vendor.”

But how do I find out which DLL doesn’t run?
On another computer I can install Autopsy without any problem. So it is a computer problem.
With older version of Autopsy or the 32b version same problem.

Hopefully someone can help me further.

64B, X64 processor

I managed to solve the problem.
The solution (in my case):
Go to the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local
Right click on the Temp folder for the properties of the Temp folder.
Select the Security tab. Now set the permissions so that everyone has all the permissions for this folder.
Then restart the computer. I was now able to continue the installation without any problems.
