  1. Do we need to disable the check for Orphan files for FAT?
  2. What shall be the local time settings?
  3. Can we change these later if required?

You only need to touch the settings mentioned in the lab and keep all other at their defaults.

I believe that you would need to reimport the datasource if you wanted any of those settings changed, as they can into play during the import.
