Keyword Search - Lab Steps

Hello all,
When i try running the keyword search ingest to process the renzik keyword i am getting the following error unable to startup one or more ingest modules, ingest cancelled.
Keyword search:the ingest could not be opened or does not exist I have configured the keyword renzik to use exact match. What could i be missing. I am on windows 10.

Have you tried restarting Autopsy and/or your workstation?
Try running only the keyword search ingest with only one of the included keyword lists such as phone numbers. Do not include your renzik keyword. If it works then we have likely narrowed it down to your renzik keyword.
