I am currently testing Autopsy version 15.0 on a Windows client. For one particular test case, I imported ~600 .eml files and ran the e-mail parser module. According to the documentation, I should be able to see the messages in the “Results”, “E-Mail Messages” portion of the tree. However the tree remains totally empty.
Is there anything further required? Unfortunately I am not able to identify what’s wrong.
thanks for your response. Yes, I can see data (e-mails) under Results -> Accounts -> Email as well as in the Communications Manager. Is that how it is supposed to work? In this case I do not understand why there is a different tree available.
