Communications Visualization Tool (tagging or extract feature)

Hi,
after ingestion process (E-Mail Parser Autopsy V 4.17 : all e-mail are EML- format ) i use Communications Visualization Tool.

Using Communications Visualization Tool and selecting an account in the middle window I bring up the messages for that account in the right hand windows ( Summary, Messages, Call Logs, Contacts, Media Attachments).

Here my issue : I want tagging e-mail, so i right click the e-mail and selecting Tagging action but … nothing happens and no tag are set.
Again, also selecting export action nothing happens.

Any suggestions ?

Yup that looks like a bug. I’ll write it up and hopefully we can work on it soon.
