Can I serch files by several file extensions

I’m trying to serch files by several file extensions.
(For example *.doc *.docx *.xls *.xlsx)

But it seems that I can only search by MiME type or one type of file name on the current file search screen

Is there any other search method?

Hello,

There are a couple of options that you can use, but based off your comment, the easiest is searching the way you have listed above, just remove the *.

I have had similar thoughts when looking for multiple files and needing to look in the file name as the keyword search doesnt check the filename. Is there a way to add a list to the file search in the name field?
