When i create the case it always like this. I cant add any data source or else anything. I cant take screenshot with mouse cursor but cursor always like this on autopsy
In the bottom right corner of the Autopsy window there is a red button. Can you click in that and show details to what the error might be. If not you will have to look at the Autopsy log in the c:\users<username>\appdata\roaming\autopsy\var\log directory and be post here if you need help with it.
