After Creating my Case and giving it a name, the screen just remain blank white, cannot click anything, my cursor is permanently a loading icon. additionally, when i tried to click “browse” whilst selecting my file destination it would not do anything, except more or less freeze my software.

Are there any 3rd party modules installed? Can you attach the case log file?
