Would it be possible to add filters to the column headers?

Are you talking about the columns in the result view? (large top right area) If so, you right-click on the column headers to select which should be visible.

Thank you for the answer. I expressed myself badly, I speak bad English and google trad too. The idea would be to actually have the possibility of filtering the results by date, name, type of extension as on a csv directly in the result view.
