Trouble opening .e01 files

when i try to download the 2 image files, I get an error saying there isn’t an app associated with the file, but I have downloaded systool E01 viewer. When I tried to associate the app, .e01 is not listed as a file type in settings. I am using Windows 10.

You need to make an Autopsy case and then add the e01 as a data source. You can’t simply double click on the e01.
