I ran a keyword search and have the results. Now I want to search for an additional keyword within the indexed text. Is that possible?

What you’re saying is you do a keyword search for “apple” and get the results, and then want to search only those results for “pear” to get files that contain both words? Unfortunately that’s not possible to do directly - there’s no way to control what files the ad-hoc keyword search runs on.
