Boolean Keyword Search

Hi,
consider a boolean search such as (“italian” AND “pizza” and “hotel”) in order to limit the search results to only those documents containing the three keywords).

Is it possible to combine keywords with operators such as AND, NOT and OR to further produce more relevant results during keyword search ingestion process ?
