"Other Occurences" not working

I have created a sample USB with deliberately inserted duplicate image files with different names/extensions etc.

I have ingested with everything except IOS/Drone/Android etc turned on.

Autopsy does not register ‘other occurrences’.

What might I be doing wrong?

Good day. I would check and make sure you have set up the Central Repository in the Settings.
