This is my first post so bear with me. In some casework I perform, I come across images and videos that have a the normal created/modified dates with EXIF data identifying the device utilized. I utilize MediaInfo to identify the the encode date of media files of interest. I am finding that some of the media files are encoded on a date prior to observable creation/modified dates.
