The error I am getting while I am openeing the case1 folder during the online training is as follows -

Could not close case resources for Solr Keyword Search Service- : : :service:java.lang.NullPointerException
Require help ASAP,please.

Please ensure that nothing on your endpoint is interfering with the application running and/or sandboxing elements of it. Please ensure you are running the program as an Administrator.
If you are running on MacOS/*nix, please make sure that all of the dependencies installed and fully updated.

Ran the program as Administrator too.
Same error. 
I am on windows 10.
Need HELP,ASAP.
Did you also check to make sure nothing on your endpoint is running and is flagging it as unknown or questionable and causing an issue too?
