Any time that I run the Embedded File Extractor Module, the whole program breaks. If you look at the injest progress snapshot, it shows the amount of files per second slowly move towards zero, and if you click on any of the top toolbars while this module is running, the whole of autopsy stops responding until you kill the process. It is not just getting stuck on a difficult calculation either, because at the point that I had to kill Autopsy the process was using almost none of the CPU.
