Analyzing vmdk cannot see the filesystem structure

Hello,

I am using autopsy to analyze a vmware clone (vmdk extension), the point is that when I create the case in autopsy I cannot see the filesystem structure only the volumes but not the directory structure, please, can you support me and told me what I am doing wrong? or maybe is missing some steps?
the vmware clone is corresponding to a red hat installation.

I forgot to mention, one disc is xfs and the other has associated a LVM2 with xfs partitions.
