As long as you register by June 1, if using the COVID-19 code, you can take the course whenever you would like, at your convenience. Whether you do one section an hour, day, week, or even month, it is entirely at your own pace. To be 100% clear, you don’t have to complete (or even start) the course by June 1, you just have to register for it by June 1.
