# Keyword list hits COUNT result

I have extracted some URL data relating to a keyword search list into a CSV file, it has a column named COUNT, what is the relevance of this number?  
Is it the number of times the URL was visited?  
Or simply how many times it is present in the data?

What is the file that is associated with the hit on the keyword search?
