# I can't use autopsy

Hello to the whole community. I have Manjaro linux and since version 4.16 I cannot use Autopsy. The interface that appears when starting Autopsy does not allow me to do anything. I leave an attached image so you can see the problem and give me a hand to solve it. Thank you!

Hi. I’ve seen that happen when running a JDK that doesn’t support OpenJFX. Are you running Bellsoft Java 8 w/JavaFX? Can you tell us more about your JDK installation?
