# does not progress after 99% of the autopsy process

Can you please help me, to know why the analysis of the image of the server’s hard disk does not advance 99% and it has been about 4 days and nothing, if someone would be so kind. please.

Need more complete information. Does this occur with all images? If not, re-image serve HD and retry after a reboot.
