# Autopsy Issue in 4.16.0

Hi

I have tried running 4.15.0 but keep getting this. The video is shown below. Has anyone run into this issue before? I have also tried upgrading to 4.16.0 but received the same issue. I have also tried deleting the AppData/Roaming file to see if that works, but the issue persists.
