# Autopsy 4.2.1 install windows 11 failed

I run the installer program and get this message. The service is active, another msi is installing. How do I install this program? (secure launch not working)

Ok Win 11 Are you trying to install from a protected downloads folder?

Will it work if you install it from somewhere else?
